Course Overview
Demand for childcare is on the rise in Australia, with population forecasts estimating there will be 2.2 million children aged under 5 years in Australia by 2031, and 2.6 million by 2051. This population growth is driving increasing demand for early childhood educators. Up to 50% of workers in regulated early childhood education and care centres are Certificate III qualified early childhood educators. The Australian Skills Priority List identifies this as a profession with a current worker shortage and strong future demand.
Kirana Colleges is excited to be one of the first training providers offering students the NEW and improved CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. This nationally recognised qualification is for those that want to work as an educator in any licensed centre-based service such as long daycare, preschool, kindergarten, or family daycare. "From someone studying later in life, no stress, my lecturer Shelley was always there to help me. I was nervous about studying again after 20 years in the workforce I had decided to study my Cert 3 in Child Care online any time I needed help or started to feel a bit overwhelmed because I was also working full time my lecturer Shelley was there for me The course content prepared me well and has given me plenty of confidence to be a valuable team member in a childcare centre."Donna

"Excellent support and a good tutor. I have just completed my Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care with Kirana Colleges. My online learning went well and smoothly even though I had to add a period of one month to complete this course due to my daughter’s health factors and mine which did not allow it. The source is up-to-date, very simple and easy to understand. The student support was impressive. I highly recommend Kirana Colleges to everyone who wants to take an online course and graduate smoothly and on time. I would like to thank my Assessor, Sheralyn Dix for her time, patience, guidance and concern in helping me to complete my assignment. Not forgetting the management of Kirana Colleges. They were very friendly and easy to talk to when I was in trouble."Hairani

"Super Happy. I have just completed my Diploma of Early Childhood education and care with Kirana colleges and couldn’t recommend anyone enough, My assessor Shelley was amazing and super helpful throughout the entire process, she encouraged me to keep going even when I had a period of time when I was thinking of giving up and just not going through with completing, I’m so happy that I went through with it and had an excellent teacher to guide me the way through! I also studied my cert 3 in early childhood with Kirana colleges as well and was very lucky to be able to do my diploma with them as well."Abigail
