Course Overview
The Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) is suitable for people that want to work in Community Services organisations as a case manager. The course will develop your skills to manage, coordinate and deliver person centred services to individuals, groups and communities. You will also develop skills to enable you to supervise other workers and volunteers.

Entry Requirements
There are NO previous work or education requirements for entry into this course. Students may enrol directly in the diploma level course without completing lower ranked qualifications
Admission Requirements
- Age: must be 18 years or over
- Undertake Pre-Training Review
- Undertake LLN test: Learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy (ACSF Level 3) are desirable to participate in the course
- It is also essential for the student to possess basic computer skills
Work Placement
- To achieve the Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) qualification the candidate must have completed at least 100 hours of work placement as detailed in the assessment requirements of the units of competency
- If a student is unable to find an appropriate work placement, Hammond Institute will assist in finding the work placements
