What we are looking for:
Our HR Operations team is a fun loving group of diverse individuals, passionate about delivering HR services in a succinct and personable way. To be successful in the recruitment process and get started in the team, you’ll need the below:
• Hands on experience managing end to end recruitment in a bulk/high volume recruitment environment, working to tight deadlines
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building strong relationships with your customers to influence positive outcomes
• A customer focused approach with all stakeholders
• Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Assessment centre experience is highly regarded
• National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
