Job Description
As one of our Receptionists (Casual) you will be the point of contact for all calls to Nine, meet and greet visitors, and manage Executive meeting rooms.
- Greet and direct guests in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Answer all calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner in accordance with Nine guidelines, policies and procedures
- Administer travel dockets to guests according to guidelines
- Connect Publicity radio interviews
- Check incoming emails and respond promptly
- Make bookings for Executive meeting rooms, according to guidelines
- Maintain clean and organised work space
- Maintain clean and organised meeting rooms and associated space
- Keep in regular contact with EA's and all Receptionists to ensure relevant information is passed on
- Adhere to Nine's Employee Code of Conduct and other associated company policies and procedures, including WHS
- The role is based at our new offices in North Sydney
Qualifications
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role where customer service has been paramount
Excellent phone manner with the ability to effectively handle diverse queries and requests
A positive, mature, confident and highly professional approach with customers and team members - internally and externally
Attention to detail, good presentation and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Availability to work shifts over week days and occasionally on weekends
