We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team who will be working onsite in Brisbane. The role has overall accountability for delivery against schedule within risk appetite and budget.
As an Infrastructure Project Manager you will be:
- Leadership - excellent skills in leading a onshore and offshore team including coaching and providing feedback.
- Excellent skills in collaborating with peers and senior management.
- Ability to achieve outcomes through others.
- High level communication skills - both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and effectively delegate.
- Strong planning, organisation, decision making and time management skills.
- Ability to identify options to pull deliverables back on track for delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to contribute to and understand business initiatives and translate them into deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 15 years+ technology industry experience required with background in delivery of complex IT projects.
- Excellent knowledge/experience in IT delivery methodologies and/or project management including Agile.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities including regularly preparing material and engaging with senior stakeholders in large organisations including the CIO.
