Your new role
My client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their busy, dynamic and growing regional sales team in the South Queensland Region.
Driving revenue generation and maximising growth opportunities, this is an ideal role for a successful and hands-on sales manager to engage, lead and develop the sales team in a culture of high performance and exceptional client relationship management.
While being aligned to, and supported by the national sales strategy team, this is an opportunity to autonomously drive and direct our regional capability through:
Developing and driving a high performing team
Utilising creative and effective methodologies to increase effectiveness in our regional sales function
Developing and managing a solid and healthy sales pipeline for short and long term outcomes
Developing and implementing regional growth strategies for future success
Focusing on and delivering continuous improvement strategies to ensure client satisfaction
Taking a "hands-on" approach to the development of key client relationships
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience within the Building & Construction Industry
Experience leading and developing a sales team for great performance
Have demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Demonstrated qualifications, or further education, relevant to this position (preferred)
