As the 'go-to' mid-tier Service Provider for many Australian and International clients, FinXL enjoys a diverse client portfolio, boasting some of the industry's leading: Telecommunication, Banking and Finance and Commercial Corporations, along with many State and Federal Government Departments.

We are looking for a Training Lead / Design to join our team.

As a Training Lead / Design, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and design eLearning training material and support documentation (Quick Reference Guides, FAQs, other training material)
  • Translate business processes into easily understood concepts to build into training design
  • Manage the testing of the training, coordination of the training, tracking, rollout and the evaluation
  • Facilitate face to face, video, online, and eLearning training
  • Project Management (business/HR projects)
  • Learning design and development

Qualifications:

  • Experience with UKG / Kronos Workforce Dimensions or similar (not essential)
  • Has owned and executed on End-to-End training on at least 2 - 3 large scale training programs
  • Experience in managing over 10K people to be trained in a complex environment
  • Varied experience across all mediums of learning, not just eLearning
  • Change Lead experience desirable
  • Team player willing to pitch in to help colleagues across the project
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Advanced stakeholder management
