As a full time Accountant in our accounting firm, this role is responsible for providing accounting services, compiling and analyzing financial information for the company and our clients . Do daily preparing financial statements, financial investigations and communicate best accounting practices and tax law for clients and the company
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The job duties and responsibilities of the nominated position in David CHEN & Associates as a full time Accountant mainly include but are not limit to:
1. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports
2. Ensure the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements
3. Prepare state and federal income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, employee
benefit plans, non profits and individuals
4. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
5. Perform audit, review or compilation procedures.
6. Financial records preparation, analysis and their inspection
7. Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
8. Analyzing the revenue and expenditure of a business
9. Advise on tax effective organizational structure and arrangement as well as establishment of taxation strategy
10. Develop, implement and modify accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
11. Regular communication and liaising with clients
12. Assist with implementing and maintaining of accounting and accounting control procedures
13. To liaise with third party partners and the development team to provide up to date detailed cash flow forecasts for each development scheme
14. Documenting and monitoring internal controls
15. Providing risk analysis and financial forecasting

Desirable Experience and/or Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or business field
- Have a good mastery of the professional knowledge in accounting
- Practical experience as an accountant is preferred but not essential
