Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing various MIS reports for the senior stakeholders to set the objectives & guidelines for the business unit, ad hoc reports for resolution forums, and daily reports.
- Co-ordinating with the clients to understand the priorities & concerns and addressing the issues in timely manner.
- Communicating with direct reports regarding new policies, procedures, and client changes in a timely manner.
- Responding to cross-border requests from various jurisdictions working in co-ordination with the Relationship Manager, Clients, and other internal stakeholders.
- Steering the process changes & improvement initiatives by resolving escalations from upstream verticals in a timely manner and flagging inconsistencies throughout the process to ensure that potential bottlenecks have identified and corrected accordingly.
- Train and lead the new joiners as well as the team members on best practice, interpret regulatory/ policy changes and communicate their implications on the business. Establish action points arising out of the same and incorporate the impact within laid down procedures.
- Ensuring implementation and adherence to audit and compliance requirements and proactively highlight potential issues to the management.
- Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Formulate evidence-based knowledge analysis and identify key priorities and implement the action plan, incorporating skills with measures and controls as agreed benchmarks/standards, management process
- As a part of EDD & Remediation team, the key responsibility is to review end-to-end high-risk entity as per regulatory standards and complete the review within the stipulated time.
- As part of screening team cross check all the entities against the regulatory standards and analyze the negative alters based on compliance guidelines.
- review a request raised, check and verify all documents as per policy and complete the case following strict regulatory standards.
- As a part of policy & quality team, the key responsibility was to check and ensure the end-to-end case completed by the analyst were as per regulatory standards, resolve policy queries from the analyst and prepare FAQs, support and hand-hold analyst through review cases & attend policy call with the onshore policy team.
- Responsible for completing the end-to-end case as per regulatory standards of different entity type. Making document request to the client when the case is complete.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of Business Management and Transformation experience with hands-on experience working with various departments in the Organisation.
- Should hold master’s degree in Business Management or relevant
- Possess analytical, decision making, extensive reporting, analysis, and Critical thinking skills.
- A self-driven and organized individual who constantly focus on achieving organisational goals.
- Streamline and re-design the existing process/policies to keep up with the changes in this fast-growing environment.
- Work closely with the teams to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

This role is a Full-Time Salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum. Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
