- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and face to face.
- Preferred Experience with lenders or financial institutions
- On the job training and qualification courses available
- Well spoken & professionally presented
- Computer savy
- Self-motivated & positive
- Attention to detail and ready to learn
- Ability speak and communicate in multiple languages preferred!

Tasks & responsibilities
- Understanding our lender requirements, guidelines and online systems for multiple financial providers.
- Networking and obtaining leads from various industry sources.
- Working within a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Getting to know your customer by asking relevant questions to find out their current financial situation, requirements and objectives and completing the application process.
- Verify your client’s financial position and obtain relevant documentation.
- Understand & explain various products available to your customer.
- Submit applications via the lenders' online portals.
- Liaise with customer, lenders & suppliers to ensure accuracy, transparency and high-quality service.
- Provide & explain the loan document particulars before client enters the contract.
- Submit signed loan documents to settlement.
- Ongoing client assistance.
- Abide by NCCP and industry regulations.
