Arden Law is a dynamic Legal Firm in Blayney dealing with Conveyancing, Estate Planning, Estates and Family Provision Claims, Family Law and some Commercial Law.
With the move to our brand new offices, we are offering an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator who has solid & proven experience working with contracts.
Working as a Contracts Administrator within Arden Law, you are responsible for:
- Land sale and purchase contracts,
Conveyancing contracts, - Family law contracts,
Cost agreements, - Commercial and employment contracts,
Reporting and administration.
Key duties:
- Provide guidance to team members and customers on contract administration matters. Dispute resolution.
- Undertake post-contract completion reviews, analyse results and recommend and/or undertake corrective action as necessary.
- Assist in preparing contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure activities related to the function comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Strategise project risks and put in place measures that ensure they are effectively reduced Respond to emails and phone queries from clients and external parties.
Skills and experience:
The skills and qualifications that this position requires are the following:
- Relevant qualifications in Law/Business,
- Proven solid 2 years' experience in contract administration or highly relevant field, Experience in the industry is necessary,
- Prominent management skills.
