We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Human Resource Adviser to join our team at SKS Investment Pty Ltd. This position is a permanent, full-time role. We are offering the successful candidate a salary of $53,000 to $55,000 per annum + superannuation.
About the Role
The Human Resource Adviser will be responsible for providing timely day-to-day HR advice, support and consultancy to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing and helping implement company policies
- Evaluating and updating job descriptions
- Training hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques
- Conducting internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
- Addressing employee requests and potential issues
- Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with staff members
- Participating in the appointment process for potential employees
- Using HR software to input and compile data on employees and updating the records regularly
- Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives
- Updating HR policies in line with current legislation and informing staff about changes
Experience and Qualification
- Relevant Bachelor qualification
- Relevant 3 years’ experience
