Key Responsibilities:
- Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of application to provide uninterrupted support.
- Good working knowledge in RP2.4 version or above.
- Experience in managing Web connect, Recs, Gems, STL Fetch and Matching Service.
- Work with other support teams (EIA, DA/DBA, server teams) to ensure application is up and running without any hindrance.
- Implement integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
- Responsible to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support item.
- Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development.
- Perform application support tasks like- systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks.
- Participate in production support/pager duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage.
- Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proposing simple and effective solutions.
Technical Skills:
Having good knowledge in production support working experience in using technical skills,
- Oracle DB - PL SQL/ SQL server
- RP2.4 version or above
- Shell scripts
- Unix
- Control M scheduler
- Application networking
- Web UI or browser-based application
