We are growing our after hours team! This is a unique opportunity to manage end to end travel solutions for Whole of Australian Government account.  CTM is ready for the return of travel and we want you to join us for the journey.

As an After-Hours Business Travel Consultant you will provide exceptional travel management service to our Whole of Australian Government account.  You will work with high profile clients and deliver service that exceeds their expectation. If you have exceptional client service skills and enjoy doing ‘odd hours’ this is for you!  We offer highly competitive salaries due to the nature of the role and shifts. You will need to be task oriented and comfortable managing travels, transfer, bookings etc.

About You:

  • Domestic and International travel experience is highly desired
  • Exceptional Client Service and task management skills
  • 'Task master' with high volume - travel bookings, transfers etc.
  • You need to be comfortable using technology and exposure to travel/tech booking systems
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
