Full job description

 HY Capital is a Mortgage Management Firm, with a focus on Non Bank Lending products, that cater to the wide varieties of needs that clients have. Our goal is to find the RIGHT product for the RIGHT client. The Lending market is evolving, and we will be a key part in its evolution to providing the solutions in an ever-increasing market.

A background in finance, real estate, accounting, or real estate will be preferred but not necessary. Our friendly and approachable team will provide the necessary training and support. The foundations of this industry are based in this role, and the career opportunities are limitless! We are currently seeking responsible Administration Officers to join our Sydney office working Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Main responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Respond to broker enquiries (call, online chat and email) timely and effectively and provide first-rate customer service
  • Record all communications with external parties and all actions taken regarding each enquiry on the company CRM or as instructed on a timely basis
  • Maintain necessary records of communications with internal and external parties relating to each enquiry, which includes but not limited to emails, calls recording and online chat transcript
  • Liaise with internal and external parties where necessary
  • Process valuation orders and enquires when requested
  • Archive documents and files and retrieve when requested
  • Data entry and file packing for loan applications
  • Process mails and emails
  • Offer administrative support to all teams when requested
  • Ad hoc operational tasks as required

  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well-organized and responsible, with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of ethical standards
  • General competency with Microsoft office software
  • Ability to fluently communicate (verbally and in written) in both English (necessity) and Mandarin (not necessary but preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
