Aurec Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team.
The main objectives of the role are to:
- Prepare timely and accurate end of month financial reports
- Approve lodgement of BAS and returns
- Ensure that credit card and petty cash transactions are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner.
- Ensure financial statements are prepared and audited in accordance with the required accounting standards
- Prepare the annual financial statements
- Prepare and present the annual statutory budget
As an ideal applicant, you will have the following skills;
- 2 years’ experience
- Working knowledge of financial accounting systems
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Strong level communication skills with the desire to provide superior internal customer support CA, CPA or equivalent
Salary: $65,000- $85,000 plus superannuation
