McArthur's client is seeking a highly organized individual, with a desire to work within their organisation which supports the wider community through their non-for-profit ethos - bringing hope to people who may be facing hardship or injustice. This temporary full-time position is based in the Western Melbourne region, where your expert administration and reception skills will be recognized.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
- Receiving incoming calls and scheduling appointments for necessary clients and staff
- Responding to client emails and escalating any queries to the relevant area
- Maintaining and monitoring client database
- Providing support with ad hoc administration tasks
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service or administration experience within the community services sector. They value a compassionate mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills to provide effective support to the team.
Due to the services provided by this NFP organisation, the successful candidate must be prepared to undertake a National Police Check, a valid Working with Children Check and a COVID-19 vaccination with booster.
