About the Role
As the Project Manager, you will oversee and organise events that will make an impact on a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
The role is best suited to an experienced person who has worked in a similar role and will require the following:
- Proven experience as Project Manager
- Events experience an advantage
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organisational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A team player with leadership skills
- Available to travel and work some weekends.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a road range of Pm tasks including but not limited to:
- Manage the planning and delivery of projects
- Developing and implementing project management plans to ensure the success of projects
- Monitor progress of projects including risks, issues, dependencies and benefits
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Ensure budgets and KPI's are met
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate all operations
- Supervision of staff
- Ability to manage and solve problems and issues when required
- Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports
Condition
- Full-Time Position
- $90k - $150k annual salary
- Ready to start ASAP
- No work from home
