Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates the activities of retail sales workers
Tasks Include:
- Ensures that goods from store or warehouse are received correctly and promptly by customers
- Ensures standards and procedures for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Handles complaints and issues and inquiries from customers regarding quality and specifications of our products
- Manages retail staff, organize working plan and time schedule for everyone, specify and assign duties on a daily basis
- Be responsible for coaching, counselling, recruiting, training and disciplining retail staff
- Identifies the current and future situations of our retailing market then helps to instruct retail staff on standard and variable sales procedures
- Inspects goods if returned by customers, reacts accordingly and properly based on contract
- Manages stock level, restores goods to sell and orders new goods to ensure inventory balance
- Prices goods on sale and manages the display shelves
- Maintains the sales procedure to ensure it meets the safety and security requirements from local laws and rules
- Performs other tasks as employer requires
