Company is working on a strategic vision to enable the Bank to be a data driven organisation. This is deliver framework, tooling & controls required to achieve this vision. The overall roadmap to achieve this vision is further divided into several domains. Two of the domains of this program refers to building the Data Ingestion & Data Egress capabilities. The objective of these projects is to deliver a solution referred as "Batch Egress" and "Producer Capability"
Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with an Ab Initio skills covering the following key areas: • This is a cross functional role where the resource is expected to work on Business Analysis as well as Ab Initio development task based on the project requirements • Work as a member of an agile scrum team in the areas of querying the data, data acquisition, analysis & verification • Specifying and designing solutions for new changes / enhancements • Creating Technical Requirements specification based on the Requirements (JIRAs) • Assessing technical impact of solutions proposed or being developed (performance / storage / solution suitability). • Provide the acceptance criteria for test scenarios / cases • Perform analysis and explanation of integration and regression test results on a technical level. • Interface with technical stakeholders, upstream sources to explain change impacts and obtain approval of changes implemented on unit, integration and regression test level
Skills
Must have
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience working as a Developer cum Technical Business Analyst for data driven / warehousing projects • Experience working as a senior Ab Initio developer on complex programs • Very strong knowledge in Oracle & MS SQL. Person should be able to write complex SQL queries, work with joins, creating new views from multiple tables • Sound knowledge and experience working on Ab Initio product suit (GDE, BRE, EME & M-Hub) • Experience in creating Technical Requirements specification based on the Business / Functional Requirements (JIRAs) • Experience in querying the data, creating rules for data mappings, data analysis & modelling using the Ab Initio toolkit • Experience as an IT business analyst working on requirements elicitation, translation to systemic specifications, documentation, and communications with business stakeholders • Experience working on Agile projects • Ability to effectively communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes • Keen and enthusiastic learner with ability to work in an agile work environment
