 Executive Assistant

  • Salary $80K – 90K+

Our client is a Gold Coast based global business focused on creating significant growth, change and empowerment for their major corporate, business and personal clients. With covid restrictions easing throughout Australia and internationally, they seek to appoint a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to their head office operations.

Working closely in providing personal assistance to the Director of the business, you will have responsibility for:

  • Extensive diary management and co-ordination of appointments, travel management, including transfers, accommodation and itineraries
  • Screening and effective management of incoming calls, correspondence, and emails with the ability to respond on behalf of the Director, pro-actively managing any associated work flows
  • Provision of hands-on administrative support and office management to all stakeholders
  • Client relationship management, with regular liaison and building relationships at all levels
  • Coordination and directing of marketing materials
  • Preparation of project and company reporting as required
  • File and data management
  • Associated administrative and secretarial tasks 

The successful candidate will display high levels of professionalism and exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  Possessing a minimum 5 years’ high-level experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, you must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, and have advanced skills in using MS Office and other programs.  Working within a small, very busy work environment, you will need to be self-managed, proactive and have exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to balance priorities.
