Operations Manager

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, your specific duties include improving performance, procuring material and resources. 

The role is best suited to an experienced person who has worked in a similar role and will require the following:

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills. You know how to motivate your team effectively. 
  • You’re no stranger to process, and you’ve embedded and optimised strategic systems, teams and processes to achieve your objectives. 
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
  • Some weekend work required

Condition

  • Full-Time Position
  • $100k-$150k annual salary
  • Ready to start ASAP
  • No work from home
