We are currently seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to provide support to our small businesses.
As the Personal Assistant, you will always be in the right place, at the right time with the right energy pre-empting personal needs and requests and proactively going over and above with support and service.
You will be responsible for a range of services including, but not limited to:
- Management and coordination of personal and private appointments
- Management of business and personal errands
- Event management and coordination of events, activities and projects
- Ad hoc personal tasks and requests to support management
- Clerical duties
- Researching
- Monitoring social media accounts
- Drafting emails and letters
- Creative work
- Social Media
