Curis Recruitment is excited to partner with this fantastic health service in WA located right on the stunning coast to find them an experienced After Hours Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team.
Job Details:
- Choose either a health service direct employed contract which would mean you are on a base salary plus super, remote allowance, annual leave etc OR a casual agency contract where you are on an hourly rate (this is suited if you are only available short term)
- $118,070.00 salary per annum pro rata plus district allowance and superannuation
- 6 month fixed term position initially - if you are available for a shorter period and still interested let us know and we can chat about a casual contract
- Subsidised fully furnished accommodation and flights from Perth provided
You will be living a two hour flight from Perth in a tropical oasis. Nurses love it here for the ease and simplicity of the town. The area is commonly recognised for it's tropical fruits, excellent seafood and warm climate. You will be living on the gateway to the Ningaloo coast and close to the Ningaloo Reef and world heritage areas. You are also close to the stunning Kennedy Ranges for an outback adventure.
To be eligible you must:
- Have current ahpra registration with no restrictions
- Demonstrated ability as a leader of a diverse team environment
- Advanced nursing practice within the Emergency Department setting including evidence of triage competency and adult/paediatric advanced life support certificate
- Advanced clinical practice in a variety of acute settings including the ability to perform under pressure
- Highly sought after if you have a post graduate qualification in nursing management or related field of study
- Be able to commence ASAP
