About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive professional to join Stratco's national retail merchandise team. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will provide assistance to the National Retail and Sales Support teams and be fully accountable for coordinating all promotional activity through direct liaison with the Merchandise & Marketing & Creative teams.

The role will involve:

  • Administrative control of data maintenance input files 
  • Conduct catalogue checks against draft as per catalogue process & timeline
  • Ensure catalogue spreadsheet is accurate & updated throughout catalogue process.
  • Action invoice queries
  • Assist in management and follow up of supplier out of stocks
  • Assist with range reviews & store relays as required
  • Timely and accurate communications with Store & Retail Operations teams
  • Adherence to Stratco's safety and other policies

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:  

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong personal presentation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or similar is preferred
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Highly developed administration and coordination skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
  • An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with retail systems and databases preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar professional retail role is desirable
