About the Role:
The role is best suited to an experienced person who has worked in a similar role.
Reporting to the the Sales manager; this role will involve:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Maintain and enhance relationships with assigned accounts
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Converting customer enquires into a sale
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Dealing with customer queries/compliant and offering necessary and appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
- Prioritising, time management, and organisational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
