Due to recent growth, this public sector organisation is looking for an ICT category manager to join their team. Commencing immediately, the position is initially a 6 month contract with extension for the right candidate.
Your new role
- Negotiation with oracle
- Pricing comparisons
- Running tenders, contract management and contract departures
- Development of procurement plans
- General procurement for the ICT category
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in running IT tenders
- Previous experience in contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of State and Commonwealth agreements and IT contracts
- The ability to work unsupervised and be self sufficient
